Position Summary:
As a Marketing Associate at Ecogiene, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, promote our product lines, and attract a loyal customer following. You will collaborate with our marketing team to execute effective campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, contributing to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
1. Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in promoting eco-friendly products and practices is essential. Demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable living and being well-informed about environmental issues will be highly regarded.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey our brand message to potential customers. The ability to create persuasive and engaging marketing content is vital to excelling in this role.
3. Creativity and Out-of-the-Box Thinking: We are seeking individuals who can think innovatively and offer fresh perspectives when it comes to marketing strategies. The ability to come up with creative campaigns and identify new avenues for reaching potential customers is highly valued.
4. Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and content creation, is required. Experience in managing social media campaigns, utilizing marketing analytics, and executing SEO strategies will be a strong advantage.
5. Collaborative Team Player: You should have the ability to work well both independently and as a part of a team. Being able to collaborate effectively, contribute ideas, and adapt to changing priorities is crucial in our fast-paced environment.
6. Diploma or Degree in marketing: marketing/ communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We value practical experience and a proven track record in marketing as much as formal education.
7. Field work: Must be able to go into the field to liase with customers and potential customers .
