Job Summary
The Public Relations and Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive communication and marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s brand image, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive engagement across various platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to manage campaigns, coordinate media relations, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
Responsibilities
Public Relations:
– Develop and execute PR strategies to build a positive public image for the organization.
-Serve as the primary spokesperson and liaison between the company and media outlets.
-Manage crisis communication and ensure timely, effective responses to potential reputational issues.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Marketing:
– Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.
– Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, digital content, and promotional items.
-Manage social media strategies to drive engagement and maintain a strong online presence.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Brand Management:
– Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels and platforms.
– Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies to improve it.
– Oversee creative direction for all advertising and promotional campaigns
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing successful PR and marketing campaigns.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
