Manager Information Security


Job Purpose

  • Ensuring information and data security standards are implemented within INFRATEL for both internal and external customers, implement cyber security
  • Ensure complete adherence to data security principles and standards both for the data center as well as clients
  • Ensure security compliance of all applications by conducting regular vulnerability assessments
  • Ensure all third-party applications and devices comply with the security standards adopted by Infratel
  • Ensuring acquisition and maintenance of relevant certifications for the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regular cybersecurity vulnerability assessments of applications, web sites and infrastructure components
  • Oversee Implementation of Security on all systems
  • Develop and maintain a formal cyber threat intelligence programme through the collection, correlation and analysis of log events/information Develop, review, implement and maintain the ICT Security Strategy, Policy and Processes
  • Maintain Data Centre Physical Security
  • Monitor Video Footage for all Data Centers
  • Conduct IT Risk Assessments and Compliance
  • Implement periodical penetration tests for systems
  • Establish, implement and maintain an IT business continuity management methodology
  • Liaise with developers to ensure security is embedded in all software developed solutions
  • Conduct regular employee security awareness programmes
  • Implement security initiatives
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO 27001, COBIT, Uptime Institute, PCI DSS
  • Maintain all processes for which INFRATEL Corporation is certified for
  • Responds to cybersecurity incidents
  • Provide periodical reports for all operations
  • Provide and advise management on information security matters

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity/IT/Computer Science or any relevant field
  • Professional Qualifications in CISSP/CISP/CISA/CEH or any cybersecurity certification
  • Member of ICTAZ
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Information Technology experience with a focus on Cybersecurity
