Overall Job Purpose:

The purpose of the role is to manage various aspects of employee data by use of easy-roster, an information management system. The role publishes posting sheets to guide and align security officers’ attendance and reporting rosters.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
  •  Manage the HR information system and ensure the data accuracy at all times
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, by capturing the required information from onboarding forms
  • Supervise the onboarding and data capturing of all new employees
  • Prepare and maintain posting sheets for all active sites on a daily/weekly basis
  • Coordinate the sending, receiving, reconciling of attendance sheets across the business
  • Collaborating with the sales team to manage the onboarding and offboarding of clients, while maintaining accurate client requirement data at all times
  • Circulation of posting sheets to deployment commanders through soft copies for attendance capturing
  • Generate meaningful employee data reports to management on a weekly basis.
  • Resolve HRIS technical issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve processes and make necessary changes.
  • Train and support deployment team and other users of the HRIS system.
  • Stay current on HRIS advancements and suggest ways to improve HRIS systems and processes.
  • Assist with data audits and ensure data quality is correct and complete.
  • Assist HR and other departments in analyzing HRIS data and generating reports.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain its confidentiality.
  • Any other duties as required by supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate
  • Diploma in Relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration.
  • Prior experience in the security industry is an added advantage
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software and databases.
  •  Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft packages
