We are opening our branch in Solwezi and seeking to recruit a qualified & experienced candidate for the position of Manager-Solwezi Office to oversee the operations of the Branch reporting to the Managing Partner in Lusaka.

The candidate must be a well-rounded Legal Practitioner to handle Corporate and Commercial Advisory, Real Estate Property and Conveyancing. Dispute Resolution-Arbitration, Litigation and other Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) mechanisms on behalf of the Firm.

Specific Job Qualifications and Experience:

  • LLB from a recognised University.
  • Minimum 3 years post qualifying experience with representation before
    Arbitral tribunals;
  • Experience with Commercial, Business and Corporate Advisory:
  • Experience in handling highly complex legal matters for both Civil and Commercial Disputes;
  • Ability to provide excellent and sound legal opinions/advice to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Demonstrated skill in managing people and resources.
  • LLM from a recognised University will be an added advantage
