Lusaka AgroTech Institute Limited (LATI) is an agricultural Technology training institution whose objective to help the farming community improve on their productivity by offering them practical skills development training and consultancy services. LATI is a registered private limited company, which is an active player in the agricultural development of Zambia through the provision of quality training and consultancy services in agribusiness, cooperatives, agriculture extension, agricultural processing, value addition, post-harvest technology, rural development and associated sectors of the economy. The institute aims at equipping individuals, Agro companies and government agencies with the practical skills and abilities to successfully and sustainably perform activities or tasks in crop production, animal husbandry, forestry, fisheries, processing, marketing, distribution, and/or trading of agricultural products. All our courses are 2/3 practical. We pride in learning by doing.
Lusaka agrotech institute (LATI) is looking for a team of young ambitious gentlemen and ladies to join a growing training and consultancy institution that specializes in agriculture with a possibility of full-time employment. Available four (4) internship positions are:
INTERNS
- Assistant Training coordinator
- Assistant consultant coordinator X2
- Assistant accountant
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum diploma in the agriculture/ Finance or equivalent
- Computer literacy a must
- Recent graduate without experience encouraged to apply. LATI will train them
LECTURERS FOR FULL TIME/PART TIME AND ONLINE FOR THE FOLLOWING COURSES
- Agriculture Science
- Agriculture Engineering
- Horticulture
- Livestock Production

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum diploma in the relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Computer literate
FULL TIME AND PART TIME CONSULTANT in the following specialization Full time and part
- Crop farming
- Livestock farming
- Fish farming
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum diploma in the relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum five years’ experience in the applied field with proven record of work
