The key purpose of this position is to provide a market driven service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity.
Key Outputs and Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume and market share targets.
- Provide a professional and innovative Sales Service.
- Implementation of National and Regional promotions.
- Understand and develop consumer insights.
- Manage stock rotation and merchandising in outlets.
- Initiate relevant beer selling opportunities to grow volume and market share.
- Foster close relationships with customer to benefit sales.
- Manage market activities and assist in identifying opportunities.
- Control budgets and provide reports.
- Ensure brand / pack availability.
- Implement sales projects and have the ability to track progress and ROI.

Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/ Anything related.
- Two years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
- A valid code 08 driver’s license.
