As a Leads Management Officer, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns by ensuring that no lead generated is mismanaged or wasted during our sales funnel. This is a varied role, which includes:

  • Planning
  • Advertising
  • Public relations
  • Event organization
  • Product development
  • Distribution
  • Sponsorship
  • Research.

Responsibilities

  • As a Leads Management Officer, you’ll need to:
  • You are record all leads posted on all platforms and make appropriate follow ups from time to time to ensure the clients needs are met.
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Routine updating of all prospects on your database with latest projects and/or any trends
  • Offering purchase incentives to all prospects for referrals and/or outright purchase
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
  • A diploma in business or related field a plus
  • Previous sales and management experience
  • Experience using sales tracking software
  • Driver’s License
