KEY ACCOUNTS REPRESENTATIVE- LUSAKA X1

Grade: IX-B Contract: Permanent

The successful candidates will report to the Key Accounts Manager – and will be mainly responsible for the following:

• Ensuring development and implementation of Joint Business Plans of Key Account customers, Volume and market share targets are met.
• Market execution is to standard, annual customer plans are prioritized, optimized and opportunities maximized.
• A highly motivated person with excellent work ethics;
• Must be target achievement focused;
• Good communication skills (verbal and written),
• Highly numerate;
• Able to work with people to achieve cooperation and results;

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following requirements:-

• Grade 12 certificate;
• Degree in a Commercial field;
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing;
• Code B endorsed driving license;
• 1 to 2 years Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG industry;
• High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Teams, etc.);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to adapt to change effectively;
• Results oriented;
