IT Technician (Intern)
Reports to:Â Â Head IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with various operating systems Linux and Windows Operating System (7, 8, 10)
- Computer networking and CCTV systems; wireless connectivity, cable management, switching, CCTV installation, and troubleshooting
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing software solutions
- Troubleshooting and fixing computer hardware problems and printers
- Providing professional on-site technical support, on-site surveys, and creating reports.
