Reporting Line: IT Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide primary helpdesk support and technical assistance to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage infrastructure including networks, CCTV, and access control systems in the office and remote warehouses
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and system access
- Conduct user training on IT security best practices and the use of business applications
- Implement and monitor endpoint compliance with established IT policies and security standards
- Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including computers, mobile devices, monitors, and teleconferencing equipment
- Support the setup and operation of conferencing meetings, including troubleshooting audiovisual systems
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned
You:
- Recent Diploma/Degree graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Information Technology
- Good understanding of Windows and MacOS
- 6+ months experience in a busy IT environment;
- Those with specialized training in Programming, Computer Networking, IT Support, or Linux Administration shall have an advantage
