Job Title: Investment Officer

Job description: The Investment officer will be responsible for managing the investment products of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Investor Onboarding:
    • Conduct onboarding calls with potential investors, guiding them through the registration and investment process.
    • Provide personalized assistance to new investors, helping them understand our platform and investment options.
  • Query Handling:
    • Respond to investor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, whether through phone calls or email.
    • Accurately and comprehensively address investor queries regarding account management, investments, or platform-related issues.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve complex investor issues efficiently.
  • Education and Guidance:
    • Educate investors on our product offerings, investment strategies, and risk factors.
    • Provide guidance to investors on how to maximize their investments while managing risk effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with investors to foster long-term engagement and loyalty.
    • Proactively reach out to investors to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and feedback.
    • Produce regular reports and analysis on common investor queries and concerns.
Requirements:

The Investment Officer should have the following skills, education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of investors.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A deep understanding of peer-to-peer lending or the willingness to learn.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and a passion for ensuring investor satisfaction.
