Energy Regulation Board (ERB)
The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) is a statutory body established under the Energy Regulation Act No. 12 of 2019 to regulate the energy sector by licensing undertakings and ensuring consumers receive a quality service at an equitable price while ensuring a reasonable rate of return to the energy enterprises.
The ERB now seeks to recruit for the following position:
Job title: Intern – Consumer Affairs
Location: Kasama
Reports to: Consumer Affairs Officer – Northern Region
Job Purpose
To provide support to the Consumer Affairs Section and perform other administrative duties.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recording and filing documents
- Perform front desk operations
- Provide support during stakeholder engagement activities
- Perform any other assigned duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Diploma in Public Administration, Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related Social Science
- No prior work experience required
