Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Kitwe. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for providing customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, generating leads, and managing accounts.

- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
