EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The Department of Immigration invites suitably qualified Zambian Citizens interested in serving as Immigration Assistants or Border Guards to apply to the Director General of Immigration.
Immigration Assistants (One Hundred and Sixty Five (165) Positions)
a) Must be a Zambian citizen with no criminal record;
b) Must hold a full Grade 12 Certificate (or equivalent) with a minimum of three (3) credits, including English and Mathematics. Note: The equivalent must be equated by the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) or the Zambia Qualifications Authority:
c) Should be aged Eighteen (18) to Twenty-Five (25) years by 31″ December, 2022;
d) Must be physically, medically, and mentally fit;
e) Must be of good character;
f) Must be single and without children; and
g) Must be willing to undergo intensive physical training.
Border Guards (Ninety (90) Positions)
a) Must be a Zambian citizen with no criminal record;
b) Must hold a full Grade 12 Certificate (or equivalent) Note: The equivalent must be equated by the Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) or the Zambia Qualifications Authority;
c) Should be aged Eighteen (18) to Twenty-Five (25) tears by 31″ December, 2022;
d) Must be physically, medically, and mentally fit;
e) Must be of good character;
f) Must be single and without children; and
g) Must be willing to undergo military training.
