Human Resources Operations Manager


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Operations Manager at Yenda. We are seeking is a detail-oriented and experienced to join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of all projects. We have 100+ freelancers and are growing rapidly. Our freelancers are 18-27 yr old university students in Zambia. You will oversee their work with Yenda, professional development and performance management.

The role is primarily based in Lusaka, with flexibility for some remote work.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Operations, HR, Project Management etc.)
  • Ability to manage and motivate individuals / teams
  • HR experience valued
  • Intermediate use of Excel/Google Sheets – able to do IF Formulas major plus
  • Proven experience in an Operations Role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
