Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant located in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, policies, employee relations, labor and employment law, and will work with clients to ease the administrative burden and enable them to focus on their business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor and employment law
- Ability to manage and maintain strong employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in Human Resources (HR) is a plus
