ProBASE is seeking expertise of a Compliance Officer to drive overall compliance in terms of the company’s Policies and Procedures as well as legislation pertaining to the Fintech and related Banking and Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

  • Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation

  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information and assistance as needed

  • Assist with HR reporting and data analysis, preparing reports and metrics for management as required

  • Support employee relations activities, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of issues

  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 Certificates with minimum credit in Mathematics and English

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred

  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
