HRBP Team Lead

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across multiple sites.
• Conduct cost control and analysis, ensuring budget adherence and managing variance analysis.
• Engage in workforce planning including skills gap analysis, demand forecasting, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition and development, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Drive employee engagement through regular communication, feedback, recognition programs, and professional growth opportunities.
• Assess training needs, plan skills enhancement initiatives, and execute strategic goal setting and alignment.
• Develop leadership capabilities through targeted training, workshops, mentoring, and coaching.
• Facilitate business transformation and change management execution, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring clear communication, and effective conflict resolution.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• HR experience, in a manufacturing setting, with multi-site leadership responsibilities is a MUST
• In-depth knowledge of Zambian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent command of English, and local language/s, both written and spoken.
• Expertise in cost control and analysis.
• Proficient in workforce planning and talent management.
• Strong ability in talent acquisition and development.
• High level of employee engagement and communication skills.
• Adept in training and strategic planning.
