Job Title: HR Officer
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer with knowledge of Zambian labour laws who will contribute to the well being of the Employees and Company.
As HR Officer you will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
- Recruiting and hiring new employees
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Maintaining employee records according to Company policy and legal requirements
- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Reviewing employment conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Management of employee leave days
