Role and Responsibilities

  • in HR administrative tasks, including the maintenance of employee records, data entry, and filing.
  • the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting in onboarding activities.
  • HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, benefits enrolment forms, and personnel actions.
  • in benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • and update HR databases and electronic employee files.
  • to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • in the coordination of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • HR reports and assist in data analysis related to HR metrics.
  • in organizing and maintaining HR documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labour laws and regulations.
  • with the HR team to improve HR processes and efficiency.
  • general administrative support to the HR Business Leader and HR department.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • communication and interpersonal skills.
  • in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • proactive and customer-oriented approach to HR support.

Preferred Skills

  • with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
  • with HR-related software and tools.
  • to learn and grow in HR-related responsibilities.
