  • Interpretation of the disciplinary code to all staff members
  • Compensation and benefits i.e. pension
  • Familiar with S.Is and the labour laws of Zambia
  • Succession plan
  • Staff compensation benefits
  • Job evaluations

  • Identification of training needs
  • Staff training and upskilling
  • Team building
  • Labour relations

Qualifications:

  • Degree/diploma in human resource management
  • Should be well knowledgeable of the labour law
  • Must be organized
