JOB REQUIREMENT AND DESCRIPTION

As a small but leading International school in preschool and lower primary education in Lusaka, our Head of school should be a qualified teacher and should hold knowledge of school leadership theory, children safety, student discipline, data analysis and long term strategic planning skills; should be able to drive the daily operations of the school and be able to maintain the congruency with our school’s vision and mission.

Our Head of school to be responsible for the overall educational leadership and management of the
school to achieve the school’s overall vision.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum qualification of a Degree in education with vast experience in pre and primary education 5 Years post qualification and experience at managerial level 5 years experience in teaching at international schools around the globe
• A Degree in child psychology is an added advantage
• Age range of 35 to 45 years
