Golden Star Car Hire is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Head of Operations to manage daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure smooth fleet management across our Lusaka and Copperbelt branches.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate operational staff (mechanics and drivers)

Manage fleet maintenance, performance analysis, record-keeping, and compliance

Oversee vehicle certifications, tracking, and risk analysis

Prepare daily operational, financial, and performance reports

Vendor onboarding, evaluation, and relationship management

Conduct operational cost analysis and assist with budgets

Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance standards
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or higher in Business, Operations Management, Transport & Logistics, or related field

Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving experience

Experience in logistics and fleet management preferred

Mechanical knowledge is an advantage

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
