The Human Rights Commission is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following position.
Job Title: Head Human Resource and Administration – Salary Grade: HRC/4
Qualifications
(a) Candidate must be a Zambian with a minimum age of 30 years
(b) Have a BA degree in Public Administration or Social Sciences
(c) Have 5 years post qualification experience 3 of which should be at Senior Management level
(d) Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
Duties
The successful candidate will report to the Deputy Director and will be responsible for
(a) Managing effectively human resources management functions in order to enhance staff morale and optimize the utilization of human resources in the Commission
(b) Supervising effectively human, financial and material resources in order to attain the objectives of the Commission
(c) Administering effectively project resources in order to facilitate implementation of the
Commission programmes.
(d) Ensuring the provision and maintenance of an efficient transport system in the Commission to facilitate mobility
