WE ARE HIRING: Group Human Resource Manager – Lusaka
We’re looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead HR strategy across our group of companies. This role is key to driving staff engagement, compliance with Zambian labor laws, and aligning HR policies with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies & policies
- Manage employee benefits, payroll & compliance
- Lead onboarding, performance management & training
- Advise on disciplinary matters & labor law compliance
- Maintain accurate records & confidential HR files
- Support staff relations & engagement across all levels
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- 5+ years in HR management
- Full ZIHRM membership with valid Practice Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labor law
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
