Role overview

Accountable for effective grants and finance operations management of the Standard Chartered Foundation Grant and the other country portfolio of programme grant(s) or contract(s), including programme and donor financial transaction processing. With support of Cluster Finance Manager produce related financial reconciliations, budget variance analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, income accounting and donor compliance and reporting. Work with programme implementation team to produce timely and updated forecasts and budgets aligned to planned programme activity and manage financial aspects of grants to make sound decisions. Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day finance operations and related controls. To manage in country finance statutory requirements, including tax and statutory reporting. Assist in the administration of all office operational issues in country.
