CFAO Motors (Zambia) is a multi-brand leading Automotive Company dealing in major automotive brands such as Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, and VW, with branches in Lusaka, Kabwe, Kitwe, Solwezi and Livingstone. We are recruiting dynamic, energic, highly talented individuals who are performance driven and qualified for the following positions:
GRADUATE TRAINEES (x18)
We are seeking Eighteen Top University Graduates who aspire to join our Two year Graduate Trainee program with an opportunity of permanent employment thereafter. This program provides in-depth working knowledge of a leading multi-national brand.
We are ONLY interested in highly talented people who meet the following criteria:
- Must have a valid Grade 12 School Certificate
- Fresh Graduates with bachelor’s degree or equivalent and having graduated in academic years 2022-2023
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
- Not more than 25 Years of age
- Preferably no prior work experience
- Positive, Energetic, Dynamic, Adaptable and Pro-active attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be Ethical and have a high level of Accountability and Integrity
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
The Program:
Graduates will be required to undergo an intensive Management Development preparation for the future roles in the organization based on performance. The following are the key deliverables among others:
- Gain knowledge, skills, and experience across the business.
- Delivery of project work and assignments.
- Understand and perform duties across several divisions/departments.
- Participate in assigned training programs.
- Completion of performance and development reviews as per agreed program requirements.
- Undergo Graduate Trainee cycle in all key Departments of the Group with coaching and mentoring from Senior Management.
