Job Title: Freelance Sales Advisor
Location: East Park Mall, Lusaka
Job Type: Freelance

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with the team to create and execute tailored sales strategies.
Client Engagement: Reach out to potential clients, nurture leads, and close sales via calls, emails, and video meetings.
Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice on our products/services to address client needs.
CRM Management: Update and maintain client data, track sales activities, and report on progress.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
