Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Analyzing financial statements and providing strategic insights.
  • Leading and motivating the finance team.
  • Ensuring compliance and maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Collaborating with external auditors.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software.
  • Completion of articles (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly valued.
  • Zambian citizenship or valid work permit.
