Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Analyzing financial statements and providing strategic insights.
- Leading and motivating the finance team.
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining strong internal controls.
- Collaborating with external auditors.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software.
- Completion of articles (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly valued.
- Zambian citizenship or valid work permit.
