Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Customer Service Agent in Lusaka. The Field Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. This includes addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus

Salary ranges from K2,500 to K3,000 Gross per month.
