Main Purpose of the Job:

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate all Choma based data collection teams for the Scaling Up Early Childhood Development in Zambia (SUpErCDZ) project end line datacollection. Responsibilities will include sample tracking, daily assignment of duties for data collection teams, data management for both quantitative and qualitative data, routine reporting, and administrative duties. The SUpErCDZ project has been co-funded by Grand Challenges Canada and USAID for implementation in the districts Kalomo, Choma and Pemba of Southern Province and Nyimba of Eastern Province.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Degree in social sciences or data relevant field.
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in data management and coordination of surveys
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
