ProBASE is seeking expertise of a Compliance Officer to drive overall compliance in terms of the company’s Policies and Procedures as well as legislation pertaining to the Fintech and related Banking and Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

  • Manage and maintain executive’s office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and replenishing as necessary.

  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments, as well as external partners and clients.

  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support executive decision-making.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 Certificates with minimum credit in Mathematics and English

  • High school diploma or equivalent/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
