Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Analyst
This function is responsible for the support of the Enterprise products lifecycle as well as the formulation of revenue growth strategies for the assigned Enterprise product verticals. The analyst will support the generation of strategies that will grow the MTN Enterprise Market Share as well as brand visibility and reputation, improve customer experience and drive revenue and subscriber growth.
Under the supervision of the Enterprise Solutions Manager, below are the Key Job Responsibilities:
- Implement Product Roadmap for assigned services.
- Monitor Competitor activities in media and sponsorship and make recommendations for action;
- Monitor product performance and recommend growth interventions and promotions;
- implementation of product strategies in line with the group expectations to ensure consistency with group guidelines;
- Manage relationships with Product partners;
- Formulate Go To Market Strategies for all product launches;
- To draft and build performance reports to aid in Senior Management decision making;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines for product and service launches;
- Support in billing and revenue assurance for all products within portfolio;
- Ensure adequate training for all products that are launched;
- Ensure fluid communication with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure consistent growth in active subscribers and revenue;
- Propose innovative practices to improve planning & gross margin efficiencies;
- Creative and cost-effective initiatives to deliver on objectives;
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with all stakeholders in the marketplace to ensure speedy response times;
- Have the self-insight and flexibility to adapt to different situations;
- Manage boundaries that separate units in order to optimize workflow;
- Any other responsibilities or tasks as maybe assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
- Degree in Computer studies/ Business/Marketing or other business-related field;
- 3 years hands-on experience in telecoms industry;
- Business Analysis;
- Project Management;
- Relationship management;
- Financial Modelling;
- Knowledge of Mobile Data and ISP Products an added advantage.
