Overall Purpose 

To drive Enterprise sales within the framework of an agreed sales strategy that delivers return on investment, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Job Specification

Minimum Qualifications

• A degree in Business or related field would be an added advantage

Professional Registration

• Zambia Institute of Marketing or any relevant professional body

Minimum Experience 

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• At least 3 years of related experience preferably in the telecommunications / FMCG industry
• Some experience in operational operations

Key Skills

• Knowledge of local markets, including market trends
• Good understanding of the sales and service environment
• Knowledge of standards and processes to manage customer retention
