ENGINEER IMPLEMENTATION X 2 (PERMANENT AND PENSIONABLE)
REPORTS TO: SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
JOB PURPOSE
To supervise the implementation of water supply and sanitation infrastructure projects executed
through contractors/consultants. To schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical
activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To supervise projects internal and contractor executed.
- To provide contractual administration and management, monitor and evaluate assigned projects.
- To provide on oversight on the implementation of the environmental and social management of projects.
- To liaise with key stakeholders in execution of various activities.
- To develop various reports such as field reports, data sheets, data analysis reports, design briefs, etc.
- To develop designs, specifications, working drawings, etc.
- To prepare BOQs and work Schedules for various assignments.
- To plan and conduct site inspection reports and provide action matrix reports.
- To assist in the development of assigned Drawings
- To perform any other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- School Certificate
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its Equivalent.
- Three years’ experience
- EIZ membership
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
