APPLY FOR TELE SALES CONSULTANT INTERNSHIP
Location: Lusaka (10 people), Kitwe (10 people)
Application Deadline: 23rd November 2022.
Duration: 6 months.
Pay: K1,500 allowance per month. Performance bonus added for hardworking interns. Commissions also apply.
Performance: Good performance will be rewarded with a full-time paid Tele Sales Consultant Job.
Type: This is a desk job which involves cold calling (phoning) clients or prospects throughout the working day.
Candidates: Primarily looking for graduated students from colleges who are ready to sell on the phone.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Zambian National with Full Grade Twelve (12) school Certificate
– Sales or Marketing Qualification
QUALITIES
– Honesty, Integrity, Perseverance, Professionalism, Focused and Hardworking
WORK EXPERIENCE
– Those who have worked in a sales related job for at least 3 months will have an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
– Must be willing to work on commission basis.
– Must be willing to work long hours.
– Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher or Design Computing.
– Must have good communication skills.
– Must be between the age of 21 to 30.
– 3 traceable references from last jobs will be an added advantage.
– Knowledge of accounting, Payroll or HR software will be an added advantage.
