Digital Training & Design Specialist


The Digital Training & Design Specialist will, among other duties, be expected to perform the following tasks:

  • Develop specialized training modules tailored to the unique needs of sales agents, and staff members, focusing on areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Supporting internal communications through the creation of visually appealing digital content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Agent Management team to identify areas for improvement in sales agent training and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Enhance existing training programs, such as the VitAcademy Training program, Digital Facilitated Training (DFT), and Salesforce Effectiveness Training programs (SFET), by integrating cutting-edge digital design elements and interactive content to increase engagement and retention among sales agents and staff members.
  • Create visually appealing digital content and designs, including infographics for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related company policies, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all sales agents and staff members.
  • Develop training materials specifically geared towards sales agents, covering topics such as product features and benefits, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Design and produce animated videos for training purposes, including tutorials on key processes outlined in the agent training manual and SOPs, to facilitate comprehension and retention among sales agents and staff members.
  • Conduct regular assessments of training effectiveness and gather feedback from sales agents and staff members to continuously refine and improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for internal trainers, including ATLs(Agent Team Leaders), guiding and incorporating digital design principles and effective training methodologies into their programs.
  • Ensure alignment between training initiatives and the overall organizational strategy, working closely with leadership to identify training priorities and objectives for all sales agents and staff members.

To Qualify For This Role, You Should Have

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital design, animation, and video production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong creative skills and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
  • Specialized training or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred.
