Job Title: Digital Quality Assurance Specialist (x1)

Reporting to the Manager – Digital Banking Products and Channels, the jobholder will provide an understanding of change needs in the business, change assessment, business requirements management, project support for digital projects, software test planning and execution in accordance with approved governance processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent that include a minimum of credit in Mathematics and English language
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in ICT or Business Administration or Project Management or any other related field
• Minimum of 3-years in either software development, test management or technical support
• Knowledge and experience in business process modelling and banking systems
• Experience in coaching/training large teams
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, i.e. Prince 2 professional is required;
• Should be a Member of ICTAZ
