Key Performance INDICATORS

  • Create and review detailed web analytics and social media reports specific to the website and business
  • Turn web analytic reports into actionable steps to increase online sales. Landing Page Tracking: Tracking setup for landing pages E-commerce Tracking: Setting up eCommerce and enhanced eCommerce tracking for Google Analytics
  • Developing a digital and social media customer plan mapping all social media interactions and digital touch points in order to drive customer conversion rates across all stages of engagement
  • Use testing tools to better understand site visitors and make changes to convert more traffic. Create a focused and strategic Search Engine Opimisation & Conversion Rate Optimsation action plan

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

  • First Degree in Degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Be creative with an eye for design
  • Be able to run PPC/ Google Ad and Re-marketing campaigns
  • Applying developed knowledge of writing skills to various social media platforms
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including proofreading and editing)
  • Digital Strategy formulation and web analytics
  • Understand how to combine web analytics, usability, conversion rate optimization & SEO efforts
  • Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
