TIME TRUCKING LIMITED/TIME PETROLEUM LIMITED, the leading transportation companies in Zambia, are looking to employ qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
DEPUTY HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Attributes:
- Good understanding of human resources management.
- Knowledge of labour laws and legislation.
- Human Resource research and consultancy.
- Good analytical skills.
- Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Qualification and experience:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human resources management, public administration or related field.
- Work experience: At least three years of post-qualification experience.
- Other Qualifications: A Grade 12 school certificate with a minimum of five “O” levels (credit or better).
- Membership: Membership in the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
