Job Title: Debonairs Pizza Store Manager

We are looking for a results driven store manager to run a Debonairs Pizza Store on the Copperbelt.

Responsibilities

• He or she will be responsible for the day to day operations of the store including coaching, training and supervision of staff.
• He or she will be responsible for meeting sales and profitability targets,  stock control, brand standard compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate with degree in food production, business administration or related field and proven experience of at least three years in a supervisory role in a pizza franchisee store.
• Candidates should have ability to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
