Credit Manager

In line with its mission, the bank is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professional to fill the following vacancy:

2.0 CREDIT MANAGER

Reporting to the Head of Credit, the jobholder will manage the credit assessment process for all portfolios, from application to facility approval and monitor credit for all portfolios including the Early Warning System.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA or degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience

• Analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry including the applicable regulations and guidelines, and the Banking and Financial Services Act
• Thorough understanding of the target customer segments and related product alignment
• General knowledge of standards, asset product concepts, methods, and techniques.
