Job Description Summary
Manage Normet Zambia entity’s statutory compliance, corporate governance and sales activities. The country manager will also be accountable for the P&L of the Zambian entity.

Our Zambian operations are growing fast, and we need a business leader to manage, grow and lead the business into the future. You will be responsible for clean and ethical governance, Statutory Compliance and successfully manage all operational activities in Zambia. The position is based in Kitwe, Zambia.

- Achieving the strategic objectives set for the region
- Stakeholder engagement plan and implementation
- Legal and Statutory Compliance
- Key Customer account management
- Business Development and Sales growth
- Lead the service organisation
- Profit and Loss accountability
- Health and Safety Leadership
- Manage 3rd party service providers
About you
- Ability and flexibility to function in a matrix organization
- Proven track record of working in Zambian Mining & Construction Industry or similar business.
- Fluent in English
- Able to manage a diverse team
- Commercial Acumen
- Medically fit to visit underground customer sites
- Valid Driver’s license
