Tasks Ahead
- Management Tasks: You’ll be responsible for managing the local team, overseeing finances, and achieving business goals. Implement and monitor key performance indicators in the country, develop strategies, and set growth objectives.
- Interaction and Process Tasks: You’ll establish and maintain relationships with partners on our platform, enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Ensure organizational processes comply with legal requirements.
- Operational Tasks: Analyze financial data and use it to increase profitability. Manage budgets and forecasts. Elevate customer service quality.
What We Expect from You
- Business Experience: You’ve been developing businesses or managing operations and are focused on strategy execution.
- Retail, E-commerce, or Food Technology Background: You have at least five years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or food technology.
- Practical Skills: You’ve learned to manage clients, sales, negotiate, and influence.
- Strategic and Creative Thinking: You possess strategic, innovative, and creative thinking for devising unconventional solutions.
- Language Proficiency: You’re fluent in both Russian and English.
