Job Purpose

The Corporate Key Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and driving sales growth. Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and develop customized sales strategies to meet client needs. Develop strategic relationships with key accounts to drive commitment to products to increase revenue.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospects within the corporate sector
  • Create and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Track and report on sales performance and revenue growth
  • Working with the Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors to develop a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects, demand generation and effectively communicate, report, track and manage sales pipelines.
  • Developing & deploying business propositions that will convert to revenue.
  • Organize and prioritize prearranged meeting schedule with existing and new accounts;
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify market opportunities and target prospects through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

Primary Areas of Accountability:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Corporate Sales in the service sector
  • Experience building out a territory and creating new business opportunities
  • Must have experience in Corporate Key Account Management 
  • Demonstrate top-notch communication and negotiation skills.
  • Should be proactive in addressing the needs of clients and manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Ability to communicate with customers in a clear, memorable, and inspirational way;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Must be a member of ZIM
