- Diploma in a relevant field
- 1 year of experience in a customer service position in the Banking/Telecom/Insurance Industry
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Able to work in overnight shifts
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Attend to customer queries, comments, and questions through various platforms (Calls, Social Media, and Websites)
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Document all client interaction information according to standard operating procedures
- Sell and promote Bank products and services
