Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager located in Lusaka. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing budgets and schedules, and liaising with project stakeholders. Some work from home is acceptable.


  • Supervisory Skills and Project Control experience
  • Budgeting and Construction Safety knowledge
  • Experience in construction management and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience working in a sustainability-focused environment, knowledge of sustainable construction practices, and proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
