POSITION
We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Associate.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. We’re looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and has a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate company sales with accurate customer services; develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals
- Create sales leads by researching, identifying, and contacting prospective customers
- Maintain sales databases to track progress against quotas and to forecast sales accurately
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow sales
- Analyze target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans
- Ensure team sales quotas are met within set timeframes, exhibiting superior time managemen
- Create and maintain content for company websites, blogs, and social media
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma In Marketing or Busines Administration
- Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position for 2+ years
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Deep product knowledge and creative approach to sales and marketing.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to analyze target markets and conduct competitive research.
- Persistent and flexible approach to challenges.
