Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, with a focus on high quality and presentation.
Design, develop, and execute menu items, ensuring flavor, ingredients, and cultural authenticity.
Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure food quality standards are met.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.
Stay updated on new trends in Chinese cuisine and integrate them into the menu.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, with expertise in various Chinese cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Sichuan, and Hunan cuisine.
Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
Culinary degree or certification in Chinese cuisine is preferred.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus but not required.
